TRASH/RECYCLES: Republic Services has the City wide contract for trash/recycles. Trash pick-up is now on Fridays. If this is a holiday, pick-up will be on Saturday. Recycle pick-up is every other Friday (beginning January 17, 2025). See "Services/Vendors" for more information.
Damaged trash or recycle cans are replaced by contacting Republic Services directly.
Trash cans should not be placed at the curb prior to 5pm Thursday and should be removed from the curb by Saturday.
COMMON GROUND GRASS MOWING: Mowed on a weekly basis Spring through Fall. This includes 1-2 passes around all retaining ponds.
SNOW REMOVAL: Snow removal (HOA contract) begins once 2 inches of snow falls. The City of Fishers may do snow removal in our neighborhood but there is no standard. Contact Ardsley Management if there are problems with the snow removal.
POND: Ponds are checked weekly from Spring to Fall and treatments are done, if needed. Treatments begin once temperatures reach 50 degrees since chemicals require this temperature to work effectively.
The extremely hot, dry weather frequently leads to increase algae growth. Homeowners can help by avoiding blowing grass clippings and leaves into the ponds.
HOMEOWNER LAWNS/LEAVES: Homeowners are expected to maintain lawns and gardens in good appearance. This includes routine lawn mowing, leaf removal, and weed removal. However, do not blow clippings or leaves into ponds or streets. This leads to clogging of sewer drains and increased algae formation in ponds.
GARAGE LIGHTS: Automatic dusk-to-dawn garage lights are designed for neighborhood security. Lights should be replaced if burned out. The dusk-to-dawn photo cell should be checked and replaced if needed to ensure lights turn on at dusk and off at dawn.
STREET PARKING: Since our streets are City of Fishers streets, parking is permitted on the street. However, an abandoned car (i.e. not drivable, expired plates) can be towed. Contact the Fishers Police Department for abandoned cars.
Fishers Parking Rules
GEESE: Please do not feed the geese! Feeding only encourages the geese to return and this presents a problem for homeowners and drivers. Because of their migratory status, measures that specifically endanger the geese are prohibited.
MAILBOXES: Mailbox posts and mailboxes must match neighborhood design and color. Posts and mailboxes can be purchased and installed by Mailbox Solutions at a discounted rate. The paint color is "Perfect Mailbox Match" by Sherwin Williams. See "Services/Vendors" for more information.
GARAGE SALES: The HOA plans to organize a neighborhood garage sale once a year.
